Bone MRI Coil
ScanMed’s Semi-Flex™ Long Bone Coil offers complete joint-to-joint imaging of the upper and lower extremities without artifacts or loss in SNR at the edges of the field of view. The optimized element density offers high SNR, improved uniformity, and a broad field of view for the precise imaging of large bones and the surrounding soft tissue.
The rigid spine holds the coil in place while the soft foam wraps comfortably around the leg or arm. The 72-inch long cable allows the technologist to easily position the coil on the patient allowing for more compliance, easy image acquisition, and faster throughput. See PDF
